Be a WSO Social Chair & Help Host WSO Meetups in Your City
We've been getting more events going on lately (Paris, Toronto, Charlotte & DC this month, plus NYC, London, LA, Denver, SF and Seattle coming up in August) and we want to keep the momentum going.
We are looking for 1-2 WSO members in major cities across the world to be social chairs to help organize WSO meet ups / happy hours. Email me ([email protected]) to get an event on the calendar!

Tips for hosting a meet up:
- Read my page on tips / FAQ's for first time hosts
- Get a Happy Hour / Meetup scheduled up on our here, at least 2-3 weeks prior to event. (if you have questions before creating the event, shoot me an email!
- Let the bar/restaurant staff know where the WSO group is and specify on the event page WHERE in the bar the group will meet so new people coming in know where to look
- EMAIL ME if you post an event so we can email the specific event list

NYC usually has an event once every 4-6 weeks, next one there upcoming late November or early December I would imagine. You'll see promo on the homepage for it

i think im the only one in Sao Paulo but id be down to host at the 5 bed 5.5 bath 2 story duplex penthouse with massive roof deck and private roof deck pool that I'm living at in Moema :D

Not true, proposed a meetup in SP too early January, lets see if we can arrange all for february. Im proposing São Bento, if anything works great for me as Im living in Itaim.

In Houston as well, myself and Futures Trader Man can all help get something together. Possibly run two types of events, people currently working and then another for the college students.

I vote for late October. Lot's of holiday and year-end parties start in November through the end of the year. Maybe the 24th for MNF?
